Ingredients:

1 pound of puff pastry dough

1 large tomato, cut in slices

12 anchovies

4 tablespoons black onions, sliced

1 tablespoon dry oregano

1 el yucateco red habanero hot sauce

1 olive oil

 

Preparation:

1. Stretch out the dough with rolling pin to about ¼” thick. form a square and place in a butter greased tray.

2. Spread olive oil on dough. Place a layer of sliced tomatoes, then anchovies; finally the olives and some drops of the el yucateco red habanero hot sauce. Sprinkle with oregano.

3. Bake at 400f for about 20 minutes or until the dough is golden. Remove from the oven, wait 10 minutes until it is cool. Cut in squares and serve.
