Ingredients:

 

3 tablespoons of el yucateco tamarindo syrup

el yucateco kutbil-ik hot sauce (to taste)

3.5 ounces of fresh water

2 ounces of peloton de la muerte mezcal

Ice

Garnish: frosted with el yucateco kutbil-ik hot sauce and salt

 

Preparation:

1. Moisten the top of the jar with el yucateco kutbil-ik hot sauce and then frost with salt.

2. Add some ice, el yucateco tamarindo syrup and fresh water.

3. Mix all the ingredients very well and then pour the peloton de la muerte mezcal.

4. Mix it up again.
