Ingredients:

1 ½ lb shrimp, peeled, boiled and headless

2 cucumbers chopped with peel and without seeds

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

¼ cup chopped coriander

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 cup celery, finely chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon el yucateco red habanero hot sauce

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 seedless tomatoes, chopped

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients stirring gently.

2. Serve on lettuce leaves, with tostadas, bread or crackers.
