Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

16 scallops

1 tablespoon el yucateco jalapeno sauce

Fresh coriander leaves

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon el yucateco chipotle sauce

1 sliced avocado topped with lemon juice

Preparation:

1. Heat the oil. Season the scallops with salt and pepper and fry each side for 2 minutes.

2. Meanwhile combine the mayonnaise and the chipotle sauce.

3. Place a scallop on each slice of avocado. Top it with coriander, some olive oil and some drops of the jalapeño sauce. Serve.
