Ingredients:

2 lb pork leg, boned & sliced

½ cup orange juice

½ brick of el yucateco annatto/achiote (1.7 oz.)

2 tablespoons of white or apple cider vinegar

1 can of beer

1 cup of brown sugar

2 garlic cloves, squeezed

1 tablespoon of salt

Preparation:
1. Combine the orange juice, el yucateco annatto, vinegar, beer, sugar, garlic & salt.

2. Spread the mixture on all sides of the pork, set in well-greased casserole, bake covered with aluminum foil at 400f for 1 ½ hours.

3. Serve with refried beans and red onion.
