Ingredients:

2 lb pork loin

½ bottle of liquid el yucateco annatto / achiote

2 c cola

1 ½ tablespoons salt

1 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons worcestershire

1 garlic clove

½ onion

1 tablespoon butter

Preparation:
1. Grease a baking pan with butter.

2. Blend annatto/achiote, cola, salt, pepper, soy sauce, worcestershire, garlic and onion.

3. Put the loin in an oven dish and coat it with the mixture.

4. Bake at 400f for about an hour, covered. When cooked, slice and coat it with the remaining juice.

Tip: serve loin with mashed or boiled potatoes.
