Ingredients:

2 lb. Pork leg or loin, cut in pieces

¼ stick el yucateco annatto / achiote

¼ cup orange juice

2 tablespoons white or apple cider vinegar

¼ cup onion chopped

1 garlic clove chopped

1 tablespoon oil

2 c sour cream

2 c chicken broth

1 tablespoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Preparation:
1. In a blender, combine the el yucateco annatto / achiote, the orange juice, the vinegar, the onion, the garlic and the pepper.

2. Heat the oil, fry the meat until it is golden brown, incorporate the blended mixture, cover it, cook at medium heat for 50 minutes. Once meat is tender, add the cream, boil for 4 minutes. Serve on rice with green beans.
