Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 pork chops ¾” thick

1 large onion, chopped

1 tablespoon el yucateco green habanero hot sauce

2 garlic cloves

1 lb. Chopped tomatoes

1 tablespoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

2 cups chopped coriander

Preparation:

1. Heat the oil, fry the chops on both side until they are ready, about 8 minutes per side.

2. In the oil where you fried the chops, fry the onion until it is clear, add the garlic, the tomatoes, the salt, the pepper and the coriander, cook everything for 5 minutes, add ½ cup of water. Grind in blender.

3. Put the chops and the sauce back in the pan, heat and serve. Serve it with a spinach salad, avocado, red onion, olive oil and vinegar.
