Ingredients:

1 large package cream cheese

¼ cup sour cream

1 cup boiled chopped chicken

¼ cup roquefort cheese

1 tablespoon chopped onion

1 teaspoon of el yucateco xxx hot kutbil-ik habanero sauce

Preparation:

1. In a blender or in a food processor combine the cheese, the cream, the chicken, the onion, the sauce then grind everything very well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Sprinkle with little bit of garlic, then serve on crackers or toasted bread
