Ingredients:

6 potatoes, cut into wedges

Olive oil

salt

½ bottle of el yucateco green habanero sauce

1 cup of chopped coriander

Preparation:

1. Coat the potatoes with the oil, add the salt, the el yucateco green hot sauce then bake at 360f for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Spread over fresh coriander and serve.
