Ingredients:

4 fish fillets (your choice Mahi-Mahi, white)

1 cup mayonnaise

¼ cup raw chopped spinach

3 tablespoons chopped parsley

3 tablespoons chopped celery

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon chopped onion

2 tablespoons of hot Red Habanero Sauce EL YUCATECO

1 tablespoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 cup chopped mango

½ cup chopped pineapple

¼ cup chopped coriander

2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 green habanero sauce EL YUCATECO

Preparation:

1.Blend mayonnaise, spinach, parsley, celery, garlic, onion, hot sauce, salt and pepper.


2.Season fish with salt and pepper. Fry on both sides until ready, about 3-4 minutes per side.


3.Combine mango, pineapple, coriander, red onion, and lemon Season with salt. Spread mango sauce on fish. Serve with the green sauce.
