Ingredients:

½ Kg. Duck confit

1 small chopped onion

2 Garlic cloves finely chopped

2 Green chopped peppers

2 Tablespoons of Green Habanero Sauce EL YUCATECO

Salt and Pepper

1 cup of chopped pineapple

¼ cup chopped coriander

Flour Tortillas

½ cup of red sliced onion

Preparation:

1.Heat the duck confit with its own grease in a saucepan, add the onion, garlic, peppers, “El Yucateco” green sauce, seasoned with salt and pepper, let it boil for 15 minutes moving constantly, incorporate the pineapple and coriander.

2.Heat the flour tortillas, place the duck inside and roll the tacos, place over them the sliced onion and more green El Yucateco sauce.
