Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of oil

2 cups of ketchup

1 squeezed garlic clove

½ cup of brown sugar

2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce

¼ cup mustard

4 tablespoons of el yucateco xxx hot kutbil-ik habanero sauce

8 chicken legs

Scallions

Preparation:

1. Heat the oil, add the ketchup, garlic, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, mustard, and the kutbil-ik sauce to the oil, mix well and let it boil at low heat for 10 minutes.

2. Place the chicken legs in a greased baking pan, pour the cooked sauce over them, cover the tray and let them cook 30 minutes at 450ºf. Uncover then cook for 8-10 minutes longer, top with scallions and serve.
