Ingredients:

1 ½ lb of white fish cut in pieces

1 ¼ cup of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of capers

½ minced red onion

2 tablespoons of green olives pitted

2 cucumbers with peel and no seeds

2 tablespoons of el yucateco green habanero sauce

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

¼ cup of chopped coriander

¼ cup of olive oil

Tortilla chips or crackers

Preparation:

1. Combine the fish with lemon juice in a bowl, let it rest for 15 minutes.

2. Strain the fish to remove the lemon juice, add the capers, the red onion, the el yucateco green sauce, olives, cucumbers, garlic, and coriander. Stir everything well then incorporate the remaining lemon juice with the olive oil.

3. Serve over tortilla chips or crackers.
