Ingredients:

2 cups boiled black beans

2 cups broth from the black beans

¼ onion diced

1 clove garlic

1 tablespoon of el yucateco red habanero sauce

1 cup sour cream

2 tortillas cut in strips

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons oil

Preparation:

1. Blend the beans, the broth, the onion and the garlic in a blender.

2. Heat the oil and fry the tortilla strips. Set aside.

3. Pour the blended mixture in the oil. Add the cream, season with salt and pepper. Let everything boil at low heat for three minutes.

4. Serve. Garnish with tortilla strips and a little bit of cream.
