Ingredients:

1 lb adobera cheese

1 tablespoon el yucateco green habanero sauce

1½ cups raw green tomato, finely chopped

½ cup red onion, finely chopped

½ cup coriander, finely chopped

¼ cup olive oil

1 tablespoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

Preparation:

1. Shred the cheese, then mix with the el yucateco green habanero sauce, tomatoes, red onion, coriander – mix well and incorporate the oil.

2. Serve on toasted bolillo bread.
